KOMPOSISI / KANDUNGAN
Bisoprolol 5 mg
Tiap tablet mengandung Bisoprolol fumarat 5 mg.
FARMAKOLOGI (CARA KERJA OBAT)
Bisoprolol adalah zat penyekat (blocking) adrenoreseptor beta-1 selektif (kardioselektif) sintetik tanpa aktivitas stabilisasi membran yang signifikan atau aktivitas simpatomimetik intrinsik pada dosis terapi. Namun demikian, sifat kardioselektivitasnya tidaklah mutlak, pada dosis tinggi (≥ 20 mg) bisoprolol fumarat juga menghambat adrenoreseptor beta-2 yang terutama terdapat pada otot-otot bronkus dan pembuluh darah; untuk mempertahankan selektivitasnya, penting untuk menggunakan dosis efektif terendah.

KONTRAINDIKASI

Tanyakan kepada dokter anda mengenai dosis dan aturan pakai Bisoprolol.
Dosis awal 5 mg sekali sehari atau dosis dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 10-20 mg sekali sehari.
